Ads and Listings

Ads on our platform are available for 3 or 12 months from the moment of saving as draft or publishing, depending on the type of ad purchased. At the time of saving or publishing, the slot is considered “used,” and one available ad is deducted, with the timer starting immediately.
Property type and location cannot be modified after the ad is created.
There are absolutely no refunds for any ad purchases or services offered on our platform.

Disclaimers of Responsibility

Fake Ads: We do not take any responsibility for fake ads but actively work to minimize them using the best practices and technologies available.
Data and Service Stability: We do not take any responsibility for the loss, deletion, deterioration, or inaccessibility of data on our platform. However, we work with leading technology and service providers, including Google, AWS, and Cloudflare, to ensure maximum security and stability.
No Liability: The Company assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors, or delays in the listings or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. All ads, listings, and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

Rights and Reservation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to You under these Terms and Conditions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

”AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
